Selecting A Caregiver

Allcare Medical Consulting Inc. understands that it takes a very special person to be a Caregiver. We look for unique individuals that have a true passion for taking care of people who are in need of assistance. Our Caregivers do more than just meal preparation, light house maintenance or help a client get ready for activity of daily living (ADL). These are important, of course, but through our unique approach to in-home care Allcare Medical Consulting Inc. finds ways to actively engage clients in life.

At Allcare Medical Consulting Inc., our philosophy is that we only hire individuals that we would want in our own homes. As a result, we have very selective hiring practices. Our highly experienced caregivers undergo extensive criminal background checks, drug screening and TB testing. All our staff are CPR Certified and have been trained in Home Safety, Fall Prevention as well as Emergency Care. We do not stop there, to make sure you have the best care possible we also do Behavior Exams and Skill Assessment Testing which are completed in addition to verification of work experience. All staff are Bonded and Insured.
