Access real-time updates regarding your client or family member's information through our Client Family Room. Family members of clients can receive an invite to the Family Room at clearcareonline.com and create a password to login for up to date detailed information regarding our client's care.
On a recurring basis, we can provide the family with an update of the clients progress. This is a great service for families that are extremely busy or who live out of town. We are committed to providing the best possible care that matches each one of our client’s individual needs. During our free in-home assessment, one of our Care Coordinators will work with you to create a customized care plan that will specifically detail a program of services that will be best suited for you or your loved one's needs.
